Timeline Reality: When to Order Sports Medals
Here’s the timeline that actually works, from the factory floor, not a sales brochure.

4–6 weeks out: Finalize your design and place the order. Standard pricing, normal scheduling, buffer for adjustments.
Production sequence: Design proof (24 hours) → Mold making (3–5 days) → Sample (7–10 days) → Bulk production (7–15 days; up to 20 for complex designs) → QC (1–2 days, three-stage check) → Shipping (3–7 days express, 15–30 days sea).
Door-to-door: roughly 18–32 days on express. Air freight is the default for event orders — sea freight is too slow to pin to a date.
