Sticker medals

No mold fee required. We apply a high-definition printed sticker to our blank stock medals — the most affordable option for events with tight budgets or short timelines. Production takes just 5-7 days because there is no mold to machine

UV Printed Medals

UV printed medals applies CMYK ink directly onto the medal surface — no enamel masks, no color-filling steps. This lets us produce gradient effects, photographic images, and complex multi-color designs that enamel cannot reproduce. Production is faster because there are fewer process steps: mold -> die-cast -> plate -> UV print -> QC -> pack. Typical turnaround: 7-10 days.

Run Series Medals

 Interlocking medals are connected by built-in connectors cast directly into each piece during die-casting. Runners collect individual medals at each race in a series, then connect them to form one large display piece. The connector mechanism requires precise mold engineering — tolerances under 0.2mm — which is why we machine our molds on CNC equipment.

Highly Creative and Eye-catching Medals

For standard finisher medals (500+ pieces), soft enamel with antique plating is the best value — bold colors, textured feel, and the antique finish hides minor handling wear. For premium awards (top finishers, VIP), hard enamel with polished gold plating gives a smooth, glass-like surface that feels heavier and more premium.
